Greetings to all international graduate students studying in Korea University.

The Center for Teaching and Learning runs a peer tutoring program for full time-students registered into the BK21 Education Research Group(Team).

Korea University CTL is currently recruiting tutors to participate in this semester’s KUPT+ program with the following topics.

For students who are interested in applying for the tutor position, please check the attached application guide and required documents, and apply within the period (23:59, 2nd, May)

1. Tutoring Topic

    1) Designated Topic: Statistical Theory and/or Relevant Research Methodologies

    2) On Demand Topic: to be selected after the recruiting process

2. Qualifications

     -Graduate students of Korea University Seoul Campus

     -Full time students registered in BK21 Education Research Group(Team)

     -Students Participating in KUPT Program for undergraduate students cannot apply

※ Please check the attached files to make sure your affiliation is participating in BK21 Education Research Group(Team)

※ After being selected as a tutor, you will be required to turn in documents that verify your level of expertise (ex: certificate, resume, etc.)

3. Mandatory Tutoring Activities

-All tutors are required to participate in KUPT+ major events that include orientation, interim seminar, and the final      seminar.    

-Development and submission of a brief curriculum specifying your plan of teaching activities

-Submission of supporting documents/references to verify and prove your weekly tutoring activities (ex: weekly activity report, attendance report)

-Submission of Interim Report

-Submission of Final Report 　

※The formats for the required documents will be provided from the center

4. Tutor Benefits

-For tutors who have participated in the program for more than 20 hours/10weeks, Certificate of Completion and Tutoring Scholarship (￦750,000) will be provided

-For tutors who have participated for more than 15 hours and less than 20 hours, only a Confirmation of Completion will be provided

5. 2021-1 KUPT+ Tutoring Schedule

-Tutor Application: 04.26(Mon) ~ 05.02(Sun)

-Selection and Tutoring Group Matching Period: 05.10(Mon)~05.14(Fri)

-Orientation: 05.17(Mon)

-Tutoring Period: 05.17(Mon) ~ 07.26(Mon)

-Final Reporting Seminar: 07.26(Mon) 

6. How to Register

-Log in to CTL Homepage -> Click ‘학습지원’ Menu -> Click ‘BK21 대학원생 프로그램’ -> Click ‘KUPT+ 신청 및 확인’ -> Click ‘Tutor’ -> Fill in the forms and Register
